The Truffel Mix is a very unique product made by Meenk in the Netherlands. It's a soft black licorice with a dusting of sugar on the outside and a light brown cream on the inside. Overall, a sweet licorice but with a slightly salty taste.

Sugar, molasses, wheat flour, glucose syrup, licorice extract, vegetable fat (coco), ammonium chloride, stabilizer (sorbitol), gelatine (beef), colors (caramel, vegetable carbon), vegetable oils and fats (rapeseed, palm, coco in varying proportions), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavor.

Among my favorites

I’m a life long licorice fan. Used to love double salt but as i age I prefer milder (but not sweet). this truffle mix has a marvelous assortment of textures and salmiak/licorice flavors. Marvelous.
