The Sorbisar or Sorbies are a firm disc covered in sugar with one half sour strawberry and the other half black licorice.

Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified corn starch, water, acidity regulator (malic acid, sodium citrate), flavorings, color (black carrot concentrate, caramel).

A pleasant surprise

First time I bit into one, I must admit I was a bit put off of the sour flavor mixing with the classic Licorice. I was just unsure what to make of it. Yet, on a second taste I really found it pleasant how the sour/sweet mixed with the bitter black licorice flavor, reminding me of a Ruby Red Grapefruit. I would recommend it now fully and find it one of my go to licorices.
