Sassolini means little stones. These colorful pebbles have a hard vanilla-flavored shell and a strong licorice and anise center. A real treat!

Sugar, arabic gum, glucose syrup, licorice, starches (corn, rice), natural flavorings (anise and vanilla), colors (simple caramel), beeswax, vegetable oils.

Excellent product!

With the perfect balance of astringent licorice oil and a sweet vanilla candy coating, the "Sassolini" are -- by far -- Amarelli's best licorice product (Licorice International needs to keep a "strategic reserve" of these on stock, at all times)!

Strong licorice flavor

If you like licorice that tastes like licorice, these are for you -- esp. if your candy dish is clear and you like having a jar of pebbles to offer guests. I say, let them get their own! These are worth hoarding as a personal stash.

This is one of favorites from my order. Another high quality product that i will buy again. The shell is crispy with a hint of vanilla and the interior is slightly chewy licorice with a hint of anise. This is a winner
