The Laurier Licorice or Licorice Leaves are soft with a laurel taste and a bit of saltiness. Each rectangular piece has a leaf printed on it. Dutch name: Laurierblaadjes. Similar to "Touch of Italy " in flavor, but has a softer texture.

Sugar, glucose syrup, gum arabic, modified wheat starch, wheat starch, licorice extract, ammonium chloride, natural flavor, vegetable oil (coconut), glazing agent (beeswax).

A flavor that grew on me.

When I first bit into the Laurier, I was unsure of flavor, but the more I ate, that slightly floral but sharp Bay laurel flavor really melded with the Licorice flavor. That hint of salt made all the flavors really pop. While not my favorite licorice. It would be unfair to say it is not a very quality licorice, I would recommended trying it.
